developments in Rhinelander and its surrounding areas, fostering partnerships
with brokers in Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago. Deb collaborates closely with
the City of Rhinelander and Oneida County which facilitates zoning and
annexation needs for her clients. Deb and 3 other colleagues form a group within
Shorewest called Northwoods Real Estate Specialists (NRS) and combined sold

endeavors have involved prominent businesses such as Blaine’s Farm and Fleet,

distinguished 30-year career in healthcare as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She
