Here we are on one of the most prestigious lakes in Forest County. Just a short jump from Vilas County. Two sweet little 3 season cabins with a gorgeous view of Butternut lake. 1246 acres of great swimming, boating, and fishing! The cabins have a good septic and drilled well. They need some TLC but not too much. There is a fieldstone backdrop for the wood burner in the largest one which has also 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is nice size and has cabinets and stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The front porch is enclosed and stretches the whole length of the front of the cabin. then there is also an open deck facing the lake. The little cabin is just bath, kitchen and living room. Basically a studio apartment. There are several storage sheds and the best of all there are about 3 beautiful apple trees with delicious apples in the fall. They also would be rentable. Sand beach and view is irreplaceable!
