Deb Mann is a dedicated full-time realtor with Shorewest. Deb sells all areas of residential real estate, including lake homes, off water homes and vacant land properties and has earned the Residential and Second Home Specialist designation. Deb is also focused on spearheading new commercial developments in Rhinelander and its surrounding areas, fostering partnerships with brokers in Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago. Deb collaborates closely with the City of Rhinelander and Oneida County which facilitates zoning and annexation needs for her clients. Deb and 3 other colleagues form a group within Shorewest called Northwoods Real Estate Specialists (NRS) and combined sold over 22 million dollars of real estate in 2023.

 

Deb’s recent commercial transactions and development endeavors have involved prominent businesses such as Blaine’s Farm and Fleet, Jimmy John’s, Holiday Inn Express, Kwik Trip, Dockshop, Aqualand, Air Pro, Hiawatha Resort, Clearlake Inn, Beach Combers, and Lake Park Preserve. In addition to her professional commitments, Deb remains actively engaged in her community, serving as a board member of the Oneida County Economic Development Corporation.

 

Before transitioning to real estate, Deb enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career in healthcare as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her doctorate from the College of St. Scholastica.
